Q: What are your working hours?
A: We have a Call Centre available for you. For our cleaning teams, we usually have a standard 8 to 6 business hours schedule, however, we can accommodate before or after hours request according to availability. Just call in to check.
Q: Can I use my oven/BBQ right after it has been professionally cleaned?
A: Yes, you can. We recommend you to turn it on maximum level for 5-10 minutes before cooking and then it is ready for use.
Q: Can you clean the ceiling?
A: This will be included as an additional cost.
Q: Do you provide the service on the fifth floor?
A: Yes, unlike other truck mounted solutions our system is very portable and can be used anywhere regardless of the floor. We only require that there be a lift available in order to transport the air compressor, vacuum unit and other service equipment required for the job.
