Does your service come with a guarantee?

Any service done as part of a our End Of Lease cleaning booking will be automatically covered by our 72h post service guarantee. Our Customer Care department has a no hold policy and they are always ready to pick up your call and make sure we can help you before, during or after your service.

What are your working hours?

We have a Call Centre available for you. For our cleaning teams, we usually have a standard 8 to 6 business hours schedule, however we can accommodate before or after hours request according to availability. Just call in to check.

What time do you guys work until?

We are perfectly capable of providing services up until 8pm, though our customer service hotline is available.

Can I just leave the key to you?

That is one way to go about having the service provided. You can also leave instructions where would you like us to leave the key upon completion.

Is the oven included in your End of Lease and One-off?

The oven is a part of our End of lease service. It may or may not be included in the One-off service and that depends on the clients' preferences. Typically, oven cleaning as a part of the hourly serivce, comes additional. 

What is the difference between steam and dry clean of carpets/upholstery?

The main difference is that steam cleaning is more effective against stains. For most materials (all synthetic, mixtures, wool, fabrics)we recommend steam cleaning. Carpets and rugs made of delicate natural fibres (such as linen, suede, silk, jute, and cotton) require special treatment. To eliminate the risk of permanent damage – such as shrinkage or ruined integrity of the weave – it’s wise to submit such pieces to dry cleaning. 

Can I use my oven/BBQ right after it has been professionally cleaned?

Yes, you can. We recommend you to turn it on maximum level for 5-10 minutes before cooking and then it is ready for use.

How to measure the area in square meters for tile and grout cleaning?

Simply measure the width and the length of each room and multiple both figures and you will find out how many square meters is the area.

Do you provide the service on the fifth floor?

Yes, unlike other truck mounted solutions our system is very portable and can be used anywhere regardless of the floor. We only require that there be a lift available in order to transport the air compressor, vacuum unit and other service equipment required for the job.

I would like to know if I can get my money back, if I'm not satisfied with the service?

While every service has it's own specifics, refunds are a possibility. For some services, the guarantee has a time limit. Others have their own conditions. Speak to our friendly representatives for details.
